Why can’t I request an exclusion for my Healthy Whanau Bag?
Due to the high number of bags we pack and because our Healthy Whanau bags are delivered to hubs and are not labelled for individual customers, we don't off exclusions on these bags sorry.
If you really don't want to receive swedes or caulis then you can order a Regular bag ($29) and we provide exclusions and free delivery with those orders.
Some options for dealing with unwanted or unfamiliar items:
Try a different way of preparing the item. Experience from amongst our volunteers is that you can 'hide' less popular veges in with other items and achieve a great overall taste. Some example of this are: Hide a Cauliflower in a sauce or soup with garlic, and cream. If you input those ingredients in google, it'll come up with a recipe, like this: https://www.google.co.nz/search?q=garlic+cauliflower+cream
Alternatively, you can give away any caulis or swedes (or whatever it is you don't like) that arrive in your bag. We think that this bag is such great value for money that it will still be worth getting. You won't be wasting money as this bag is really worth $29 (or more) and the cost of an item or two that you don't like occasionally is a small part of the cost of the bag!

How do I make a donation to Love Local?

How do I pay for my order?
Your bank can set up a regular scheduled payment called an Automatic Payment or 'AP'.
Please note that the money needs to be with us by the Thursday of the previous week, to allow for clearance times the AP should go out of your account on a Monday to ensure this. Use your unique customer reference and your surname in the AP so we can identify your payment easily.
Our account is with Kiwbank, account number 38-9014-0854331-00.
Please include your customer number and surname in the reference fields to allow us to match the payment to your order.
You can set up an AP via internet / phone banking, a signed form you post, or in person at the branch. If you are going to your local branch, print out and fill the authority form below (where available).
